Make sure that you include a link to your legal notice in every email. The legal notice page should contain at least the following information:

• The name and address of the company

• Your own name, as legal representative and contact person

• Your contact information, including a valid telephone number and valid email address.

Furthermore, every newsletter must contain an unsubscribe link.

It is advised that your newsletter registration form includes the so-called double-opt-in-process.
