Why did my newsletter get delivered as SPAM; or why was it not delivered?

There are many criteria that can be critical in determining whether your newsletters are delivered to the inbox or as SPAM.

These are the most important:

  • Using SPAM words in the content or subject, e.g. Casino
  • Subject is written all in capital letters
  • Using a non-existent sender address
  • Poor image to text relationship (don’t just use images)
