Log into your customer account and open the settings. Under ‘Delivery/DKIM’ you will find the button to set up a ‘New Domain’. Enter your domain here and then save the code that is displayed for the DNS entry. You can always view the code again by clicking ‘Show’.

This entry needs to be entered into your DNS settings. If you do not know how this works, please contact the administrator for your website.

As soon as the entry is accepted, you can check with Newsletter2Go whether it was entered correctly. Click again on ‘Settings’ and then on ‘Check’ under DKIM. A tick next to your domain indicates the correct entry. From now on your emails will be signed with DKIM. Please don’t forget to sign your emails with Sender ID to get even better delivery rates.
