Would you like to be able to send every customer an individual voucher code? We have a new function that enables you to do this quickly and easily.

Creating the voucher codes:

1. Create a list of voucher codes in your e-commerce system account.
2. These codes must be valid and must then be imported into a voucher pool in your Newsletter2Go account.
3. To create a voucher pool, log in to your Newsletter2Go account.
4. Go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Voucher Pool’ and create a new one or select an existing pool.
5. If you create a new voucher pool you will also have to give it a name and click save (e.g. Voucher Pool February 2015).
6. Next you will see an overview of your Voucher Pool. Click on ‘Add new codes’.
7. Insert your voucher codes into the window that opens. Make sure that each code is in a different line. You do not need to separate the code with a comma or full-stop. When you are done, click save to copy these all to your voucher pool.
8. The voucher codes are now ready to use.

Using the voucher codes in a newsletter:

1. Open the newsletter you are working on or create a new newsletter. Voucher codes are added in step 3 in the editor under the ‘Text’ tab.
2. Place the cursor in the text block at which the voucher code should appear. Click on ‘Personalisation’ then select your voucher pool from the drop down menu under point 2.). Next, click on ‘insert personalisation’. This will place the voucher code in the newsletter, ensuring that each customer will receive their own code.

Note: Please ensure that your voucher pool size (number of available vouchers) corresponds exactly to the number of recipients before you send your newsletter.
