Mark the area at which the anchor should later be displayed, e.g. a paragraph or image. Then select ‘Insert link’ -> ‘Anchor for relative link’. Insert a name for this anchor in the right-hand field, e.g. Anchor1. The anchors must be created without any spaces.

Then mark the anchor link that should later lead to the area you just selected. Select ‘Insert link’ and then ‘Relative link (to anchor)’ in the dropdown menu. On the right a dropdown menu will appear where you can select the previously created anchor area (Anchor1). With a further click on ‘Insert’ your anchor text should be finished.
